How to Order your Wedding Stationery
Before placing your wedding stationery order you will need to
have the following choices ready.....

* Colours (if applicable)

There are 3 ways to place a wedding stationery order...
* Onilne - Go to the product that you want to order on the website.
* Email - Please email the details of your order to sales@valcarr.co.uk
* Post - Download the order form by clicking here, complete and post.
Please note that the order form is in PDF format and you will require Adobe Reader (available for free) to open and print it.
Proofs
Before going to print, we will make up a 'proof' for you to check and approve. A proof is an accurate example of how your finished stationery will look.
Approving your Proofs via the Internet
If you are ordering online, you will receive all of your proofs by email in the form of pdfs. After checking the artwork, please confirm by return email, that you are happy for us to go to print
Approving your Proofs by Post
We will post you your first set of proofs.
After checking the artwork, please confirm that you are happy for us to go to print by signing and dating one of the proofs and returning it to us. The first and second pairs of proofs are free of charge but any further sets required are charged at £5.00 per pair. We encourage you to proof via email in order to cut down on time and postage costs.
Payment Options
We require payment in full when you order your stationery.
There are 3 ways to pay..........
* Credit/Debit card - Order online, post order form or call us.
* Cheque - Post with an order form payable to Val Carr Design.
* Online banking - On receipt of your order we will provide our - bank details
10% 'Pay for Everything' Discount
Your wedding stationery is divided into 2 groups (A & B, see below) and there is a 10% discount available if you ORDER AND PAY for all of your stationery in advance ie from BOTH GROUPS 'A' and 'B' AT THE SAME TIME.
Group 'A' - Any of the following : Invitations, RSVP cards or Save the Date cards
Group 'B' - Any of the following : Order of Service, Menus, Placecards, Table Names, Tableplan, Favour Boxes or Thank You cards
QUANTITIES : Please only order the quantities that you know you are definitely going to need. If later, you find that you want to order a few more items, it won't be a problem. We will provide you with a final top up invoice for any extras, with the same 10% discount applied.
FINAL 'ON THE DAY' INFORMATION : When you place your order, you will only need to give us the quantites of your 'on the day' stationery. You have plenty of time to sort out the guests names and seating arrangements etc., as we won't need the details until 4 weeks before the wedding date.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
We will confirm your order as soon as we receive it and give you a firm delivery date once your proofs have been approved.
Delivery timescales vary depending on the design, quantity and time of year, but generally, you can expect delivery of your wedding stationery within 2-3 weeks of placing your order. If your timescale is more urgent, then please let us know and we will make every effort to help you.
For 'on the day' stationery items such as tableplans, placecards etc., then we will need you to provide us with the information no later than 4 weeks before the wedding. We realise that collating this information is always a 'last minute affair' and that you will probably be waiting for your venue or church to confirm details with you, so it will be helpful if you can advise us of your requirements 'in principle' at an earlier date and then we can prepare all of the artwork templates and add the finalised names later when you place you final order. We need to post 'on the day' stationery out no later than 5 working days before the wedding.
