It will be necessary, therefore, to allow for minor variations in colour, shapes and sizes of some designs. However, you can rest assured that we will take as much care as possible to ensure that your goods are of the highest quality and that the designs will always be as near as possible to the displayed product. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, duplication, imitation or 'passing off' of such material constitutes infringement of copyright and is prohibited. Any breach of these rights can be defended in a court of law. Copyright Permission for Order of Service You will need to obtain permission from the copyright holder for hymns or readings that you print in your order of service. A charge of £10 to £25 is usually required to obtain permission, depending on who the copyright holder is. Your vicar or registrar will be able to help you with this. We will need you to confirm that you have the necessary permission to print before we can make up your order of service. |
